Procedure: Our HR Consultancy Service provides practical, ongoing HR support tailored to your organisation and is ideal for small to medium businesses. A consultant will visit your site and liaise directly with your management team to understand your organisation’s requirements and compile a bespoke HR Package.
If you required additional services these can be added on your incorporated into your initial package.
Our package includes access to an HR Advisor, 2 consultancy visits, telephone and email advice, compilation of your businesses Staff Handbook, bespoke HR documentation and templates, access to your company’s HR files through our secure Members Area.
As an additional benefit we are verified partner of Health Assured and as a partner with we can provide you with access to the Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme – the largest independent and award-winning EAP in the UK and Ireland.
HR Consultancy Services FAQ’s
Do you provide an on-site HR consultant?
Yes. Our HR Consultancy Service includes two on-site consultancy visits per year to complete agreed HR work and provide additional support where required.
Can our managers speak directly to an HR Advisor?
Yes. Your management team will have direct access to an HR Advisor for ongoing HR advice and support.
Advice is available by telephone or email, giving managers a convenient way to obtain professional HR guidance when HR and employment-related issues arise.
How do l access the members area?
Go to our website and click the members area button at the top left and enter your username and password. Allowing you to have access to all your HR documentation, generic templates such as letters, contracts of employment, policies, and procedures.
What areas do you cover?
We have customers in diss, Lowestoft, Norwich, Kings Lynn and Great Yarmouth. We cover all of Norfolk, Suffolk and the East of England.
