Who should attend: The course is suitable for anyone using steps and ladders as part of there work requirements.

Course Covers:

This course is designed to inform delegates of the correct procedures in  using steps and ladders and understanding when it is safe to use a ladder. The Work at Height Regulations 2005 outlines the required safety regulations governing the use of ladders and steps

Training significantly reduces the risk of accidents and injuries related to falls from heights, which are among the most common causes of workplace injuries. 

  • Hazards associated with working on ladders.
  • Hazards associated with working on steps.
  • Ladder and steps pre-use check.
  • Risk Assessment.
  • Suitable control measures to put into place when working at height.

We can include the ‘safe use of harnesses’ within this training course if required.

All delegates receive certification.
