The Work at Height Regulations 2005 outlines the required safety regulations governing the use of ladders and steps and the importance of conducting regular inspections of workplace equipment. Training significantly reduces the risk of accidents and injuries related to falls from heights, which are among the most common causes of workplace injuries.
