Course: Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training Course
Duration: 1/2 day first aid training course
Delegates: Up to 12 people max
Location: We can deliver the training at your company site or attend an open course at our Training Centre.
Certification: Delegates will receive a certificate for Automated External Defibrillator (AED) first aid – which is valid for three years from the date of achievement.
Course Covers:
This first aid training provides delegates with a hands-on, practical approach to using Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), building delegate’s confidence and competence.
Heart and circulatory diseases claim approximately 200,000 lives each year, many of which could have been prevented with timely access to a defibrillator. AEDs are increasingly available in public spaces and workplaces, and a casualty’s chance of survival improves significantly when an AED is on hand and operated by trained personnel.
