The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSWA) guidelines advise employers to provide necessary training to ensure the health and safety of their employees. Helping to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace. The training enables staff to work safely and understand their responsibilities and the Company’s responsibilities within the workplace.
