This follows the Government’s latest announcement referencing compulsory Sexual Harassment Policies and Procedures for all businesses,

This policies is compulsory for businesses, it is recommended implementing them as soon as you can. In addition to the policy and Risk Assessment, the Government believe that another reasonable steps to take would be arranging Sexual Harassment training for all employees.
